Beautiful beautiful beautiful place.
We were a group of friends who wanted to unwind and relax. The place looked exactly like the pictures !! Ohm really looked after us and made us feel right at home. Khot made wonderful breakfast for us every morning with exceptional eggs (she just does eggs so well) we truly truly enjoyed it !!

Robert! service and staff at the villa are at the highest level! we admired the incredible view of the 5 islands, it's impossible to tear yourself away! The manager Mick is incredibly helpful, we haven't had time to think yet, but all the wishes have already been fulfilled! the chef prepared incredibly delicious dishes for us, we even taught him how to make delicious Russian pancakes and she cooked them in the morning, and spoiled us with Thai and European delicacies. The holiday at the villa was unforgettable! next time i come to koh samui i will definitely come back to this villa!

Just AMAZING !
We had an amazing stay at Baan Kimsacheva. We were greatly impressed by the service of the staffs, and the view is just stunning. We will definately come back for sure!! Big thanks to Khun Sai and her team for the excellent service!!

Amazing weekend
Highly recommended for a family or friends getaway. Beautiful beachfront villa, very spacious and easy to access. Perfect location in Bangrak area, nearby shopping & restaurants places. Service from the team was spotless, we had a chef for the evening and he made an amazing BBQ, all products bought fresh from the market in the morning. Very nice breakfast as well. Will be back soon!

ABSOLUTE STUNNING
We had the privilege to stay at the villa for a family gathering in January and had the best holidays ever. The situation of this villa is perfect and close to lovely restaurants and has an absolute beachfront. Wonderful shaded tropical gardens and a big pool - the best for our kids. The villa has a unique feel and is of balinese inspiration. The villamanager Am and her wonderful team pampered us from a-z. She had the best spa therapists to come and give ou inhouse treatments - sensational. Most of our evening we had dinner at the villa as it was so delicious and perfect for the kids to run around. I can say the chef was world class and did not leave any wish open, even when we asked for western cuisine one night. We are hoping to be back soon and Thank you for your warm Thai hospitality !

Evenings are particularly ambient starting with the sunset and the lights of the bay and villages below plus the lightshow in the villa pool - surrounded by the sounds of the Geckos and Cicadas 🙂 Go there and you will not want to leave

ULTIMATE PARADISE RESORT
Like a dream – our stay here over the holidays was truly exceptional, with panoramic views of a tropical island landscape that make it feel like you’re looking down from the heavens. The villa itself is exquisitely designed, with the dining and lounge areas blending seamlessly into amble outdoor space surrounding the wonderful infinity pool. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful, while Bobby made sure that our whole holiday from airport pickup to car and boat rentals and tours was stress free as it should be!

SHEER PARADISE
From the moment you walk through the front door you know you are staying in a very special villa. The location, the size, the space, the furnishing, the outdoor space, the view are all sheer class. The location could not be better. Only 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Samui, and 10 -20 minutes from most of the must go to places on the island. The live-in staff in the villa were superb and make you feel like this is your own home. I would not think twice about staying here again on my next visit to Samui. This is paradise come true.

SIMPLY PERFECT
Absolutely stunning! What an incredible stay! When we arrived from Bangkok to Baan Sang we were simply blown away by the beauty of this brand new villa and it’s unbelievable views over the surrounding islands. We had the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen but unfortunately just a (short) long weekend stay - but perfect for a little break away from the city to recharge. Our family was spoiled by the wonderful and attentive Kiki and her smiling team. Our private villa chef created the most delicious Thai cuisine we have ever had, even living in Thailand. This place is an absolute peace haven and after my morning yoga sessions arranged by Kiki, followed by special healthy breakfast, we enjoyed the afternoon around the huge salt water pool. An outstanding villa and service – we will definitely be back! I cannot recommend enough.

The view from the villa was the best on the island! The attentive staff will ensure your stay to be a pleasure! The hotel manager B is extremely knowledgeable of the island and will facilitate any activity on the island. 10/10 will return and recommend!
